Return & Exchange Policy

Please read and understand our store's returns and exchange policy before any purchase. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.

Return Policy

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 3 days from the day of your order being successfully delivered.

Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return:

    Proof of purchase (Sales invoice or receipt)

    Product must be in complete condition (free gifts, accessories, original packaging).

We will provide the return address to you. Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange if deemed unfit or unreasonable.


Exchange Policy

By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
